Sorry guys this is not all IW fault, the PSN is deeply flawed on the development side of things, it is hard to get things to work because the developers have to do a lot more of the things that MS does for them on XBL. Good idea, to grab a cheap HDDVD player for now and just wait out the war. When its over pick up a really good version of the winner, or pick up a dual format player on down the road.
Personally I think both formats wil survive, and dual format players will rule the land.
no matter how easy it is to do a game on PSN, it is likely easier on XBL, besides, one guy may have made Everyday Shooter, I dont think one guy put it on PSN or even optimized it to run on PSN. Plus that is a very simple game.

This stuff is not easy to program in, MS made it look easy because they are a software firm, but there is complexed programming involved. Be patient, it will happen eventually, especially now that everyone is showing their outrage, they will have to react. Keep in mind Home is likely to be pushed back again, so I think we will see this before Home.
